Digital Marketplace Account Assistant

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 | Permanent

Are you ready to kickstart your career in ecommerce with a well-established fashion retail business?

We're looking for a Digital Marketplace Account Assistant to join a fast-paced digital team based in Manchester, helping to grow the brand's presence across leading online marketplaces. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior candidate with a great can-do attitude to get hands-on experience in a genuinely exciting corner of ecommerce.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting marketplace accounts day to day, making sure products are live, accurate and optimised for customers
  • Monitoring account health, spotting issues early and working with internal and external stakeholders to sort them
  • Boosting brand visibility through regular site reviews, product optimisation and trading activity
  • Helping bring campaigns and trade plans to life in support of commercial targets
  • Using data and reporting to help the team make smarter decisions

What we're looking for:

  • A junior candidate, keen to build a career in digital, ecommerce or retail
  • Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data, or keen to learn
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working across different teams
  • Any marketplace experience (Amazon, ASOS, eBay, etc.) would be a big plus, but is not essential
  • Basic Excel skills advantageous
