About the Role
As an Ecommerce Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting a major strategic customer account, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of customer processes, and helping to drive outstanding service levels. Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining product information
- Reviewing inventory
- Processing orders
- Supporting reporting
- Tracking deliveries
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance
This is a varied and fast-paced role that offers excellent exposure to account management, operations, and commercial functions.
Key Requirements
We're looking for an organised and proactive individual with at least two years' experience in an operational, administrative, or customer support environment. You will be a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Most importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to take ownership of your work while building strong relationships across the business. Retail or e-commerce experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
