CRM & Ecommerce Coordinator
This luxury brand is hiring a CRM & Ecommerce Coordinator to own the strategy and execution of their email marketing and lead product launches across their website. You’ll work closely with their Digital Growth Director and the founders, with full ownership of the CRM roadmap and real influence over how they grow the ecommerce channel.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to take real ownership of CRM and ecommerce within a fast-growing fine jewellery brand. You’ll shape the strategy behind the emails their customers actually want to read, lead product launches live on site, and help define the marketing calendar. If you love both the craft of writing and the discipline of getting things shipped, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll do
CRM & Email
- Own the strategy, calendar, and execution of their email campaigns across the UK, FR, and US markets in Klaviyo
- Define and continuously improve the email calendar in line with marketing priorities and trading moments
- Lead the build and optimisation of lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement), with autonomy to test and refine
- Drive segmentation strategy and a structured testing programme across subject lines, content, and send times
- Set the standard for on-brand email design and copy, consistent and polished across markets
- Own reporting on campaign and flow performance, translating results into clear recommendations for the wider team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
