About the Role

INSÉRIF is a UK-founded accessories brand built around the belief that personalisation shouldn't mean compromising on design or quality.

We create thoughtfully designed accessories that combine quality materials, timeless design, and meaningful personalisation, with complimentary personalisation at the heart of what we do. As a digital-first global brand, we're entering an exciting stage of growth and are looking for an Ecommerce & CRM Manager, who owns the digital customer experience from homepage through to repeat purchase.

You'll manage the Shopify store, merchandising, promotional calendar, email marketing, CRM, and customer retention while ensuring every campaign launches flawlessly and every visitor has the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

Ecommerce Management

  • Own the Shopify website including:
    • Homepage updates
    • Product merchandising
    • Navigation
    • Collection pages
    • Product launches
    • Promotions
    • Landing pages
    • Site content
    • Search & merchandising
    • Site QA
    • Trading calendar implementation

Trading

  • Own the weekly trading plan by:
    • Reviewing performance
    • Identifying opportunities
    • Managing promotions
    • Launch planning
    • Product prioritisation
    • Stock visibility
    • Category performance

  • Work within Klaviyo (or equivalent).

Customer Retention

Conversion Optimisation

  • Own onsite improvements including:
    • Homepage testing
    • Navigation
    • Product page improvements
