Role Overview

We need someone who owns CRO analysis and strategy for 7+ e-commerce brands. Turn data into winning tests, build roadmaps that drive 10%+ revenue increases, and design landing pages that convert.

Tasks

Be the analytical engine behind our client results.

Responsibilities

  • Own CRO analysis and strategy for 7+ e-commerce brands making $10M-$100M/year.
  • Dive deep into data -- analyze funnels, heatmaps, session recordings, and customer feedback to uncover what is holding conversions back.
  • Extract insights from customer reviews and feedback forms to build test hypotheses grounded in real user behavior.
  • Build clear, prioritized test roadmaps and present your findings and recommendations to clients with confidence.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure tests are executed flawlessly.

What Success Looks Like

First 2 Weeks - Onboarding

  • You understand our workflow, tools, and client portfolio.
  • You can navigate Google Analytics, analyze existing tests, and identify quick wins.

First Month - Taking Ownership

  • You are running CRO audits independently.
  • You are building test roadmaps and designing landing page variations that align with client goals.

First 3 Months - Full Autonomy

  • You are managing 7+ client CRO strategies with minimal oversight.
  • Clients trust your recommendations, and your tests are driving measurable revenue increases.

Salary

€1,700 --€3,500 EUR/month based on experience and skill level.

Hiring Process

  • First Call - 1 hour
    • A conversation with the founder to understand your background, analytical approach, and whether you are a good fit for the role.
  • Test - 1 hour
    • A practical CRO case where you analyze a funnel, extract insights, and propose a test roadmap. We want to see how you think.
  • Reference Check - Quick
    • We reach out to 1-2 references to confirm you are who you say you are.
  • Final Interview - With the team
    • A final call to review your test, discuss your approach, and answer any remaining questions. Then we make a decision.
