Ecommerce & CRO Manager | Retail
London / 3 days in office, 2 from home
£50–60k
An established retailer is building a new DTC team to support its portfolio of brands.
Some of the websites are already performing well; others have far more untapped potential. The opportunity is to understand what each one needs, identify where Ecommerce can make the biggest commercial difference and get those changes delivered.
Why this role is exciting
- Join a retailer investing in DTC as a key area of future growth
- Be part of the first specialist team focused on improving Ecommerce across the business
- Work across a varied portfolio of brands, with the chance to apply successful ideas more widely
- Have the autonomy to decide what needs attention rather than follow an established Ecommerce plan
- Report to a manager who has grown DTC from less than 10% to over 80% of a business and believes challenging work should still be fun
- Potential to support the wider European business as the function develops

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
