Ecommerce Delivery Executive
Northamptonshire Full-time, Permanent Hybrid
Are you passionate about Ecommerce and looking for a role where you can get involved in everything from website improvements and digital projects through to day-to-day Ecommerce support?
We're working with an established retail fashion business looking for an Ecommerce Delivery Executive to join their busy and collaborative Ecommerce team. Supporting a number of transactional and non-transactional websites, predominantly B2C with some B2B exposure, you'll play an important role in ensuring projects are delivered effectively, websites run smoothly, and opportunities for improvement are identified.

Projects & Optimisation
- Supporting Ecommerce projects and website enhancements from initial requirements through to delivery
- Gathering requirements and coordinating testing
- Liaising with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Researching Ecommerce trends, functionality, and industry developments
- Supporting the team with project administration and documentation
- Identifying opportunities to improve the online customer experience
Website Support
- Supporting the day-to-day running and maintenance of Ecommerce websites
- Working with third-party suppliers and internal departments to investigate and resolve website issues
- Completing website administration and maintenance activities
- Creating and updating training and process documentation
- Helping ensure website updates and improvements are delivered accurately and on time

What we're looking for
You'll be highly organised, proactive, and a confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across different teams. You'll have a genuine interest in Ecommerce and digital, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Previous experience within Ecommerce, digital, website support, or project coordination would be particularly beneficial.
The details
- Location: Northamptonshire
- Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, with an early finish on Fridays
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent
- Working pattern: Hybrid
