About Us

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded eCommerce Development Manager to join Cereal Partners UK (CPUK) on a temporary basis.

Cereal Partners Worldwide is a successful 50/50 joint venture between Nestlé S.A. and General Mills Inc. At Cereal Partners UK, we have established ourselves as one of the largest cereal manufacturers in the UK, making many well-loved brands with a long heritage. Our aim is simple: to provide high quality, nutritious and great tasting breakfast cereals. You could join our mission to Make Breakfast Better!

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in accelerating eCommerce growth across some of the UK's biggest grocery retailers, including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Amazon and Ocado. As part of the Digital Commerce Team, you'll help shape and execute our eCommerce plans, driving online sales performance, increasing category growth and enhancing the customer journey through best-in-class digital execution.

Working across Sales, Marketing, Shopper Activation and Category teams, you'll bring together data, insights and commercial thinking to identify opportunities, optimise digital shelf performance and deliver sustainable growth across our online channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
