Join the Global eCommerce team at the LEGO Group and play a pivotal role in expanding Licensed LEGO.com across new international markets.
As part of our global digital commerce organisation, you'll lead the delivery and day-to-day success of partner-operated LEGO.com websites, collaborating with external partners across countries across the globe, with exciting expansion plans already underway.
This is a unique opportunity to combine digital operations, content management, and global stakeholder collaboration. You'll work at the centre of major product launches and campaigns, ensuring every Licensed LEGO.com site delivers an engaging, premium, and brand-perfect experience. From coordinating global content distribution to analysing performance and influencing improvements, you'll become a trusted partner to markets around the world.
If you thrive in fast-paced digital environments, enjoy building strong international relationships, and love bringing complex projects together, we'd love to hear from you.
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location in London and 2 days from home.
No relocation or visa support is offered for this position.
The closing date for all applications will be Sunday 16th August 2026. Please submit your CV in English.

- Coordinate global content distribution and campaign execution, ensuring websites receive the right assets at the right time while maintaining exceptional quality and operational excellence.
- Champion LEGO brand standards, reviewing partner-produced content and providing clear guidance to ensure all digital experiences meet brand, creative, and IP approval requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with global partners and cross-functional teams, acting as the primary point of contact to drive collaboration, solve challenges, and deliver successful launches.
- Use commercial and behavioural insights to drive optimisation, analysing partner performance data to identify opportunities that improve content, customer experience, and overall site performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
