YOUR MISSION
The Ecommerce Digital Consumer Experience & Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sustainable ecommerce growth across performance marketing, CRM, onsite merchandising and UX. Combining commercial leadership, customer insight and data-led decision-making, the role leads the team and works cross-functionally to increase traffic, conversion, customer retention and revenue while delivering a seamless digital customer experience.
Performance Marketing
- Own the UK performance marketing strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, CRM, and Affiliate channels.
- Manage and optimise the paid media budget to deliver against traffic, revenue, CPA, and ROAS targets.
- Lead the local relationship with global teams by acting as an internal agency, ensuring day-to-day account management aligns with UK strategy, budgets and performance targets.
- Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
- Lead testing strategies across channels, creatives, and audiences.
Forecasting, Analytics & Trading
- Own forecasting across key ecommerce metrics: revenue, traffic, and conversion rate to ensure the net sales targets are achieved.
- Monitor performance vs plan and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop clear reporting and dashboards to drive decision-making.
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Director and Sr Merchandiser to ensure the connection between the trading calendar, onsite campaigns and marketing.

CRM & Retention
- Lead, manage and develop the CRM & Loyalty Manager, providing clear direction, support, and accountability for delivery of the CRM strategy.
- Oversee CRM campaign planning, customer segmentation, lifecycle automation, and loyalty activity to support commercial objectives.
- Partner with the global CRM team to deliver the global strategy while maximising the value of the local customer database.
- Drive customer retention, repeat purchase rate and lifetime value, ensuring CRM activity is aligned with the trading calendar and acquisition strategy.
Onsite Merchandising
- Manage the Onsite Merchandiser and support their development, ensuring effective execution of the onsite merchandising and trading strategy.
- Oversee the use of data and customer insights to optimise product ranking, category performance, search, navigation and onsite promotions, maximising sales and commercial performance.
- Drive revenue, conversion and average order value through performance analysis and a test-and-learn approach, ensuring onsite activity is aligned with the marketing & merchandising teams, and the wider trading calendar.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build a high-performing team that delivers against commercial priorities.
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop and deliver integrated growth strategies.
- Act as the local subject matter expert for the UK digital business
YOUR TALENT
- Proven experience in an ecommerce, digital trading, or growth role, with ownership of performance marketing, CRM, and onsite merchandising
- Strong track record of delivering against key ecommerce KPIs including revenue, traffic, conversion rate (CVR), CPA, and ROAS
- Highly analytical, with experience in forecasting, trading analysis, and translating data into clear commercial actions.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display) and CRM/lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with brand, global, and regional teams to deliver aligned, customer-centric growth strategies.
- Commercial mindset with experience supporting or contributing to P&L management and budget planning.
