Role Description

The Ecommerce & Digital Growth Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Leyland, responsible for driving online sales and improving the digital presence of R&J Builders Hardware. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves:

  • Analyzing web traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Implementing digital marketing campaigns
  • Coordinating with customer service and sales teams to resolve online queries, improve user experience, and support promotional activities

The executive will collaborate with management to develop and execute digital strategies aligned with business goals and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong E-Commerce knowledge and experience managing online product listings and digital sales channels.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication abilities for collaborating with internal teams and responding to online customer inquiries.
  • Customer Service skills to ensure a positive online experience and effective issue resolution.
  • Sales awareness and understanding of online conversion, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
  • Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and basic digital marketing tools.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks on-site.
  • Prior experience in retail, construction, or hardware supply sectors is beneficial.
  • Relevant education or training in business, marketing, ecommerce, or a related field is an advantage.
