About the Team
Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. Backed by world-class investors, operators, and sports & entertainment partners, we are building the global leader in next-generation collectibles. As part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, we leverage a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports properties and engages more than 81 million fans. Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.
Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Director, EMEA Ecommerce for Fanatics Collectibles will be responsible for delivering sales through commercially driven strategies, online marketing, merchandising, user experience, and site operations for Topps.com and developing our 3rd party Marketplaces. This role demands a true cross-functional leader to oversee a team that delivers against strategic goals and work hand-in-hand with our digital, product, tech and marketing teams, ensuring the achievement of key performance metrics and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of digital retail and be familiar with navigating and optimizing listings on major Ecommerce platforms.

This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Global Ecommerce and will work closely with the rest of the Fanatics Collectibles executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Topps.com:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive topps.com strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets across EMEA markets
- Determine appropriate product launch strategy (e.g. traditional, pre order, auction) for each release that will drive sales velocity, profitability and maintains brand integrity
- Lead merchandising strategies to ensure a compelling product assortment, timely updates, and effective promotions that align with collector trends and market demand
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operating metrics. Implement improvements based on data-driven insights
- Build deep understanding of the dynamics of the various product lines sold on Topps.com (Hobby, Topps NOW, Mass Market)
- Own regional forecasting Topps.com releases based on historic product performance and emerging customer behaviour trends.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of product launches, from pre-launch planning and marketing activation through to launch and post-purchase.
- Define success criteria for launches and own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting across site performance, sales and key commercial KPIs.
- Continuously optimise the Topps.com collector experience, identifying opportunities to grow GMV and margin.
- Develop and execute structured tests across new activations, propositions and commercial strategies, using results to deepen understanding of the EMEA collector base and improve performance.
- Partner closely with Growth (Lifecycle, Performance and Affiliates), Technology, Finance, Analytics and external agencies to deliver commercial objectives.
- Collaborate across Fanatics Collectibles business units to identify opportunities to acquire and grow collectors across platforms.
3rd Party E-Commerce:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 3rd party e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Identify new growth opportunities and innovative approaches to maximize sales across various 3rd party platforms
- Develop relationships and negotiate commercial terms with new 3rd party platforms
- Empower the team to test & learn by measuring program effectiveness, providing insights on how to optimize in future. Lead analysis of all programs and establish programs to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of 3rd party e-commerce channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
- Ensure all 3rd party e-commerce operations comply with relevant regulations, policies, and best practices
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to 3rd party platform operations.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of eCommerce experience including DTC, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- 3rd Party marketplace experience highly preferred
- Proven track record in driving eCommerce sales and marketing strategies
- Experience in demand planning, sensing, and pricing
- Strong understanding of online merchandising and user experience best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Candidate must have keen business acumen, advanced online customer analytical skills
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
- Strong curiosity, interest, and intrigue for the trading cards industry
