Ecommerce Executive

Contract type: Permanent, 40 hours per week
Location: The Fold’s Head office in Bermondsey. Hybrid working - 4 days per week in the office

About the Fold

The Fold London is an award-winning British luxury womenswear brand built on a singular, powerful idea: that the women who run boardrooms, lead teams and shape the world deserve clothes as ambitious as they are. Founded with a clear mission to dress professional women with intention, The Fold has built a loyal global community of customers who value craft, quality, and considered design over fast fashion.

With a multi-channel presence - led by ecommerce and supported by our two London stores in Chelsea and the City – The Fold has built a loyal and growing customer base across the UK, US and internationally.

As we enter the next stage of growth, we are investing heavily in our international expansion, commercial capability, systems, customer insight and operational infrastructure. This role is a key part of that journey.

You can explore our world at www.thefoldlondon.com and find us on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook as @thefoldlondon.

Role Overview

Join us at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in shaping the online experience. You'll be at the heart of our ecommerce operation, bringing product launches and campaigns to life, creating seamless customer journeys and using insight to drive performance and growth.

Working in BigCommerce and Shogun, you'll take ownership of website content, merchandising, product launches and site optimisation, ensuring our digital experience consistently reflects the premium standards our customers expect. Partnering closely with teams across the business, you'll combine creativity, commercial thinking and data-driven decision making to identify opportunities, improve performance and make a visible impact.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with ecommerce experience who is looking to take the next step in their career, broaden their expertise and grow alongside an ambitious, fast-paced womenswear brand.

  • Own category and collection pages, optimising SEO copy, imagery, filtering and on-site visual merchandising to deliver both a strong customer experience and commercial performance.
  • Create and maintain homepage content and landing pages in Shogun, partnering closely with the Creative team to bring campaigns and brand stories to life.
  • Coordinate assets and activity across teams to ensure launches are executed seamlessly and on time.
  • Create customer-facing copy for functional and informational pages, ensuring consistency with brand tone and content guidelines.
  • Champion quality across the website, ensuring all content is accurate, on-brand, mobile optimised and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain and manage the ecommerce and marketing calendar, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on plans and changes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
