Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site ECommerce Executive role based in the Greater Cheshire West and Chester Area. The ECommerce Executive will manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotional content across online sales channels, ensuring accurate and appealing presentation. The role includes monitoring sales performance, analyzing customer behavior, and website metrics. The ECommerce Executive will support sales initiatives, assist in managing online campaigns, and contribute to improving the overall customer journey and conversion rates.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, website metrics, and customer trends.
- Background in eCommerce, online retail, or digital merchandising is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with eCommerce platforms, spreadsheets, and/or reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site full time, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualification in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
