Role Overview

The Ecommerce Executive supports the day-to-day running and optimisation of the ecommerce channel, ensuring a smooth customer journey and a high standard of accuracy and commercial focus.

You will be responsible for product catalogue uploads, managing product data and supporting onsite merchandising across launches, campaigns and BAU trading, including working with CSV files to maintain product information and content.

The role supports trading performance through analysis of customer behaviour, conversion and funnel performance, identifying opportunities to improve the onsite experience and overall performance.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help deliver a seamless onsite experience and contribute to ongoing site improvements, including trading reporting and highlighting key wins and opportunities across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day trading of the website, including product launches and seasonal campaigns, ensuring products, collections and content are correctly set up and optimised.
  • Support product merchandising across collection and category pages, ensuring strong product visibility and clear navigation, working closely with merchandising and marketing teams to align launches and promotional activity.
  • Take responsibility for product catalogue uploads via CSV, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and coordinate pre- and post-launch checks to ensure all products and content are correctly set up and live.
  • Manage and update product data on-site, including titles, descriptions, imagery and attributes.
  • Conduct regular site checks to ensure accuracy across product data, pricing, imagery and content, including pre- and post-publish validation.
  • Monitor website performance using Shopify Analytics and GA, tracking key KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, AOV, CTR and engagement.
  • Produce regular reports with clear insights, highlighting key wins, issues and opportunities to improve trading performance and conversion.
  • Analyse customer behaviour using tools such as heatmaps, funnels and session recordings to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support A/B testing and assist in implementing onsite improvements to enhance UX and conversion.
  • Assist in managing and optimising ecommerce-related third-party apps and integrations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
