E-commerce Executive - Luxury Ecommerce Brand

This boutique company are looking for a proactive E-commerce Executive to support the day-to-day management and optimisation of their Shopify websites across the UK and US.

Working closely with the E-commerce Manager, you'll help keep their online stores accurate, engaging and commercially effective, while gaining valuable experience across Shopify, merchandising, product launches, digital content and e-commerce operations.

The role:

  • Managing day-to-day updates across our UK and US Shopify websites, including products, collections, content and merchandising.
  • Creating and updating landing pages, promotional content and collection pages.
  • Working confidently with Shopify's theme editor, templates, metafields and dynamic sources.
  • Supporting inventory, pre-orders and new product launches, ensuring information, imagery and messaging are accurate.
  • Working with warehouse, factory and product teams to resolve issues and keep website information up to date.
  • Supporting website optimisation and using analytics and performance data to identify opportunities.
  • Helping maintain a consistent, premium brand and customer experience.
  • Supporting social media community management and sourcing UGC and tagged content.
  • Managing digital assets.
  • Getting involved in wider digital marketing and brand projects as the role develops.

About you:

You'll ideally have previous Shopify experience and a genuine interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities across more than one website.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively.
  • Commercially aware, with an interest in how content, merchandising and customer experience drive performance.
  • Analytical and curious, with an appetite to learn.
  • A problem-solver with a strong eye for design and user experience.
