I am partnered with a fast-growing, digitally native apparel brand that has built a strong following through performance-led design, community engagement. Known for blending functionality with a clean, elevated aesthetic, the brand creates product designed to move seamlessly with everyday lifestyles.
The Role
We're looking for an Ecommerce Executive to support the trading and optimisation of a fast-growing retail brand's digital channels, including its website, app, TikTok Shop and wider ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly ecommerce trading activity, product launches, website and app updates in line with the trading calendar.
- Manage assigned product categories across digital channels, using sales, stock, conversion and customer behaviour data to improve product visibility and performance.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM and creative teams to ensure campaigns and trading activity are delivered accurately and on time.
- Balance product launches, merchandising activity and wider ecommerce improvements against agreed priorities and available capacity.
- Create and maintain accurate product listings, including product information, pricing, imagery and relevant product data.
- Coordinate stock readiness and complete pre-launch checks to ensure products are ready to trade.
- Manage launch trackers and ensure all relevant teams are aligned on upcoming product launches.
- Deliver website, app and sales channel updates to support new product launches and campaigns.
- Manage homepage, landing page, collection and navigation updates across the website.
- Maintain onsite search campaigns, synonyms, filters and product recommendations in line with the wider trading strategy.
- Maintain accurate product listings across TikTok Shop and support new product launches and approved promotional activity.
- Monitor competitor activity across launches, pricing, promotions, merchandising and customer experience.

About You

- Practical ecommerce experience, ideally covering merchandising, product uploads, product launches and day-to-day digital trading.
- Experience working with ecommerce platforms and product management tools, with a strong understanding of product data and online presentation.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and competing priorities.
- Commercially minded, with the confidence to use ecommerce performance data to identify issues, opportunities and actionable recommendations.
