About the Role
We're looking for a driven and detail-focused Ecommerce Executive to join our growing ecommerce team. Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, this is a great opportunity for someone early in their ecommerce career to gain hands-on experience across a portfolio of 7 Shopify websites spanning Football, Tennis, Sports, Leisurewear and Motor Racing. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day trading of our sites, working closely with the wider ecommerce, buying and marketing teams to keep our product offering fresh, accurate and optimised for conversion.
This role suits someone who's comfortable getting into the detail – creating and maintaining products, managing collections, and keeping our sites trading smoothly – while also being curious about the bigger picture of paid media, CRM and site performance.
What You'll Do
- Create, update and maintain product listings across our Shopify sites, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, imagery and categorisation
- Build and manage collections and merchandising to support trading priorities, promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Support the day-to-day trading of our 7 ecommerce sites, keeping content, stock visibility and site navigation accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with the planning and execution of paid media activity across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Support CRM activity through Omnisend, helping to build and schedule campaigns and flows
- Support with partner communications, providing updates on campaign and sales data
- Use Excel, including pivot tables and formulas, to analyse sales, stock and trading data and turn it into clear, actionable insight
- Assist with website, channel and trade reporting to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
- Implement A/B testing across sites to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Work closely with the buying, marketing and customer service teams to ensure a joined-up approach across each brand
- Support the wider ecommerce function with ad hoc trading, reporting and administrative tasks as required
- Help maintain a high standard of site housekeeping, including broken links, out-of-stock messaging and seasonal updates

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
