The Company

Working for a leading supplier of high-quality outdoor/garden products, we are looking for a proactive and commercially focused Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow online sales channels. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the website, Amazon and eBay stores, ensuring products are accurately listed, optimised for search, and presented to maximise sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, upload and maintain product listings across the website, Amazon Seller Central and eBay.
  • Write compelling, accurate and SEO-optimised product titles, descriptions, bullet points and specifications.
  • Manage product images, videos, technical documents and downloadable content.
  • Ensure all listings are complete, accurate and consistent across all sales channels.
  • Maintain pricing, promotions, product variations and stock levels.
  • Create listings for new product launches and seasonal ranges.
  • Improve product discoverability through keyword optimisation and marketplace best practices.
  • Monitor listing performance and implement improvements to increase visibility and conversion.
  • Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings and catalogue issues.
  • Ensure all listings comply with Amazon and eBay marketplace policies.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the ecommerce website.
  • Update homepage banners, landing pages and promotional content.
  • Maintain product categories, navigation and merchandising.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website usability and customer experience.
  • Test website functionality and report technical issues.
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central and eBay Business accounts.
  • Optimise listings to improve search rankings and sales performance.
  • Monitor account health, customer feedback and seller performance metrics.

  • Previous experience in an ecommerce or online retail role.
  • Experience creating and managing product listings on Shopify (or similar ecommerce platforms), Amazon Seller Central and eBay.
  • Strong understanding of SEO for ecommerce and marketplaces.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
  • Analytical and results driven.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
