Highly organised and detail driven website & product executive required to join a fledgling e-commerce charity team.

About The Company

This is a national charity supporting people with additional needs to live more independently and confidently.

About The Role

The key purpose of the role is to manage and populate product data, descriptions, images, pricing and stock levels across two Shopify locations, whilst maintaining and optimising the Awin affiliate integration and ensuring accurate tracking and product feeds.

More specifically you'll be:

  • Uploading new suppliers and products into Shopify, including images, variants and pricing
  • Writing clear, accurate SEO-friendly product descriptions
  • Writing and ensuring metadata is accurate for each product
  • Maintaining stock levels across two physical locations
  • Running regular audits for accuracy and completeness within Shopify
  • Maintaining and monitoring the Awin tracking with Shopify
  • Ensuring tracking tags/pixels are firing correctly across checkout and confirmation pages
  • Managing product feeds to Awin, ensuring all product data is accurate and up to date

This is a part time role (3 days per week), initially on a 6 month contract basis. It is fully remote (within the UK). The client is looking for this person to start with them w/c 30th August or w/c 7th September.

About You

We're looking for someone with the following profile:

  • Strong experience with Shopify product and inventory management (essential)
  • Familiarity with Awin or other affiliate platform (essential)
  • Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills - filters, formulas, VLOOKUP (essential)
  • Strong written English for product descriptions (essential)
  • Previous experience with a similar project or ecommerce activity (essential)
  • Detail focused, organised and commercially aware
  • Comfortable delivering at pace
  • Availability to start work at end of August/beginning of September
