Key Responsibilities

  • Own Revenue, Conversion and Margin for an assigned market.
  • Own homepage strategy, merchandising, promotions and search rules.
  • Lead weekly trading reviews and explain KPI variances.
  • Build and prioritise trading initiatives.
  • Run and evaluate experimentation programmes.
  • Influence central teams using commercial insight.
  • Develop deep market and competitor expertise.
  • Leverage AI to improve decision quality and productivity.
