Key Responsibilities
- Own Revenue, Conversion and Margin for an assigned market.
- Own homepage strategy, merchandising, promotions and search rules.
- Lead weekly trading reviews and explain KPI variances.
- Build and prioritise trading initiatives.
- Run and evaluate experimentation programmes.
- Influence central teams using commercial insight.
- Develop deep market and competitor expertise.
- Leverage AI to improve decision quality and productivity.
