Compensation: £10.85 - £12.71 / hour


Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Ecommerce Fulfilment Team Member to join our busy online dispatch team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help make sure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently, playing a key part in delivering a smooth and reliable online shopping experience.


About The Role

Contract: Temporary (3 Months)
Hours: Part-time
Hours of Work: 22.5 Hours per week, working on a rota basis

As an Ecommerce Fulfilment Team Member, you’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the warehouse, yard, shop floor, and Head Office teams. You’ll help maintain accurate stock levels, support daily order processing, and contribute to a well-organised, safe, and customer-focused operation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Picking customer orders accurately from the eCommerce Fulfilment warehouse, and collecting picked goods from the store location when needed
  • Packing orders using suitable packaging to ensure items arrive safely
  • Dispatching orders using automated or manual consigning systems
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and replenishing pick locations
  • Receiving and putting away deliveries correctly
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and sharing feedback to improve processes
  • Supporting health and safety standards, good housekeeping, and best practice

About You

  • A willingness to learn within a fast-paced operational environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence following processes accurately
  • Comfortable using IT systems and equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing tasks
  • Awareness of GDPR and Health & Safety best practice
  • A friendly, positive, and approachable working style
