ABOUT DALSTON’S

Hi, we’re Dalston’s. We make incredible tasting soft drinks from real fruit with no junk. Here’s what we stand for:

  • Great Taste: We are a taste first business. Dalston’s is created by chefs - every product is meticulously tried and tested before it hits shelves.
  • Real Ingredients: Great drinks are made with great ingredients. We use real fruit sourced from real farms and nothing artificial makes it into our recipes.
  • Respect for the planet: We’re a proud B Corp with a farm-friendly supply chain.

You can find Dalston’s at Waitrose, Ocado, ASDA, and thousands of cafes, restaurants and independents across the country. As well as via our website and Amazon, and that’s where you come in… we’re looking for someone incredible to join the team and accelerate our growth online.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a hands-on E-commerce Growth Manager to own and grow our DTC channels. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you'll own Dalston's website (Shopify) and Amazon and come armed with the experience to build out our TikTok Shop from the ground up. You will make the commercial calls that drive growth, and own customer acquisition and retention end-to-end, driving revenue and lifetime profitability.

We've grown DTC organically by fostering our incredible community of Dalston's drinkers - but we know we have huge room for growth. This is the first hire in what will become our e-commerce function. As the channels grow, so does the role, we're looking for someone who is genuinely excited about building on our organic growth and scaling these channels to their full potential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
