London - 1-2 days per week in office

£300-£350 per day - Outside IR35

This is an opportunity to join a leading telecommunications organisation at a critical point in its digital growth journey. Working within a high-performing Digital Sales team, you will play a key role in driving online commercial performance across key product areas, using data, customer insight and ecommerce best practice to identify and deliver growth opportunities.

The Company

They are a major telecommunications provider with a large and evolving digital customer base. As digital channels become increasingly important to commercial performance, they are investing heavily in online sales, customer experience and conversion optimisation. You will join a collaborative environment that brings together Ecommerce, Digital Sales, CRO, Product, UX and Insight teams to improve customer journeys and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The Role and Deliverables

  • Analyse digital sales performance, customer behaviour and commercial trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Evaluate customer journeys and conversion funnels, recommending improvements to increase online sales and reduce friction.
  • Partner with CRO, Product, UX, Trading and Insight teams to prioritise and implement optimisation initiatives.
  • Assess the effectiveness of pricing, promotional and trading activity, translating insights into commercial recommendations.
  • Deliver performance reporting, forecasting, competitor analysis and actionable business insights.
  • Build and maintain a prioritised pipeline of ecommerce and conversion optimisation opportunities across the digital sales function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
