Ecommerce Growth Manager - Contract
Agency - Telco Client
London - 1-2 days per week in office
£300-£350 per day - Outside IR35
This is an opportunity to join a leading telecommunications organisation at a critical point in its digital growth journey. Working within a high-performing Digital Sales team, you will play a key role in driving online commercial performance across key product areas, using data, customer insight and ecommerce best practice to identify and deliver growth opportunities.
The Company
They are a major telecommunications provider with a large and evolving digital customer base. As digital channels become increasingly important to commercial performance, they are investing heavily in online sales, customer experience and conversion optimisation. You will join a collaborative environment that brings together Ecommerce, Digital Sales, CRO, Product, UX and Insight teams to improve customer journeys and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Role and Deliverables
- Analyse digital sales performance, customer behaviour and commercial trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Evaluate customer journeys and conversion funnels, recommending improvements to increase online sales and reduce friction.
- Partner with CRO, Product, UX, Trading and Insight teams to prioritise and implement optimisation initiatives.
- Assess the effectiveness of pricing, promotional and trading activity, translating insights into commercial recommendations.
- Deliver performance reporting, forecasting, competitor analysis and actionable business insights.
- Build and maintain a prioritised pipeline of ecommerce and conversion optimisation opportunities across the digital sales function.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience within ecommerce, digital sales, digital trading or online commercial growth environments.
- Proven ability to analyse digital performance and conversion data to drive commercial outcomes.
- Experience working with customer journeys, ecommerce funnels and conversion optimisation initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics and confidence using digital analytics tools to answer business questions.
- Experience with Contentsquare or similar behavioural analytics platforms is advantageous.
- Understanding of CRO methodologies, experimentation and digital customer experience optimisation.
- Strong commercial judgement and experience translating data into practical recommendations.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across Product, UX, Insight, Trading and Digital teams.
- A proactive, ownership-led approach with the confidence to identify priorities and drive initiatives forward.
