Ecommerce Growth Manager

London | Hybrid | Permanent

Our client is a fast-growing premium consumer brand operating within the health, wellness, and performance space. With a highly engaged community, strong DTC presence, and ambitious plans for its next stage of growth, they’re looking for an Ecommerce Growth Manager to take ownership of the onsite customer journey and unlock the next phase of digital growth.

The Opportunity

  • Join an ambitious, high-growth consumer brand at an exciting stage of its journey.
  • Own and optimize the customer journey from landing page through to checkout, with a clear focus on conversion, AOV, and customer value.
  • Build a best-in-class CRO and experimentation roadmap, using data and customer insight to identify and prioritize the biggest commercial opportunities.
  • Take real ownership of the website as a commercial growth channel, working closely with Growth, Brand, Creative, Retention, and Operations.
  • Play a key role in shaping how new and existing products are presented, tested, and sold online.

Responsibilities

Conversion & Experimentation

  • Own the CRO roadmap, prioritizing opportunities based on commercial impact, customer behavior, and evidence.
  • Develop hypotheses and run structured A/B tests across landing pages, product pages, basket, and checkout.
  • Use GA4, customer insight, session recordings, heatmaps, and other data sources to identify friction and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze test results and translate findings into clear commercial actions.
  • Build a continuous culture of experimentation rather than relying on instinct.

Ecommerce & Customer Journey

  • Own and continuously improve the onsite customer journey from acquisition through to purchase.
  • Optimize product detail pages to improve conversion rate, AOV, and overall customer experience.
  • Develop and test landing pages aligned with different audiences, propositions, and acquisition campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities around cross-sell, upsell, bundles, and personalization without compromising conversion.
  • Improve how subscription and repeat-purchase propositions are presented throughout the purchase journey.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Experience within a subscription or repeat-purchase business would be highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
