The role

We're hiring a Consumer Growth Manager to own Minut's self-serve revenue channel. You will develop and execute strategies to help customers find and buy Minut, and grow revenue from the customers we already have.

Self-serve is one of our two core growth engines. You'll own the full picture: our online store, our Amazon global presence, our referral and affiliate programme, and the customer marketing and product-led growth (PLG) motions that turn initial sale into a long-term, expanding subscriber.

This is a commercial role with a revenue number; if you're energised by owning a channel end-to-end, from first click to renewal, this is a rare chance to be the lead.

What you'll do

What you bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience, ideally at a company where the product has both hardware and software/subscription components
  • Real Amazon Seller Central experience — you've managed listings, handled account issues, and know how FBA works in practice
  • A track record of improving conversion rates with data, not just instinct — you're comfortable in analytics and reporting and know how to run a clean A/B test
  • Experience designing and executing customer lifecycle, retention, or upgrade/upsell programmes
  • Experience owning a revenue number, not just a project list
  • Comfortable working with data — you can build a performance dashboard, interpret cohort data, and make clear decisions from it
  • Enough commercial sharpness to challenge assumptions about what's actually driving (or killing) conversion and retention
  • AI-native mindset — you're already using AI extensively in your day-to-day work, can build AI agents and automated workflows, and actively look for ways to use AI to scale operations and drive better results

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Strong preference for:

  • Experience running or growing a referral or affiliate programme
  • Familiarity with PLG motions or product-led upsell in a SaaS or hardware/software business
  • Familiarity with Chargebee, HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar subscription billing/marketing automation platforms
  • Experience at a direct-to-consumer or prosumer brand where hardware and SaaS overlap
  • Experience in a scale-up or startup environment where you've had to build from scratch

You're the right fit if:

  • You're energised by having a clear revenue goal and the autonomy to go after it
  • You default to data, but you're not paralysed without a perfect data environment
  • You're a direct communicator who flags blockers early rather than quietly missing targets
  • You don't need a large team or elaborate process to get things done
  • You think about growth as one connected system — acquisition and expansion — not two separate jobs
  • You know how to use AI to automate repetitive processes and scale projects efficiently.

The team you'll join

Small team. Direct communication. High ownership, low process overhead. We use Notion, Slack, Chargebee, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, GA4, and Amplitude. You don't need to know all of these on day one, but you do need to be comfortable getting up to speed fast.
