The Role

Coordinate the movement of ecommerce stock across Marketplace and DTC channels, ensuring the right stock reaches the right location on time, accurately and at the right cost. You will coordinate stock movements across warehouses, 3PLs, Amazon fulfilment centres and other ecommerce partners, working closely with Operations and the commercial teams responsible for Marketplace and DTC. Amazon is the largest and most complex part of the role, given the volume of orders it generates, alongside a simpler TikTok Shop process and responsibility for coordinating Far East sea freight shipments into the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise and process marketplace orders across Amazon (UK & US) and TikTok Shop, including booking transport, producing labels and rework instructions, and adding tracking through each platform's portal.
• Act as the operational link between marketplace channels and the 3PL warehouse in the UK & US — raising orders, booking delivery slots and arranging kitting once stock arrives.
• Handle customer service escalations relating to marketplace orders, raising issues with the warehouse, and editing orders to resolve and respond directly to customers.
• Coordinate sea freight shipments from Far East suppliers: booking freight based on estimated pallet volumes, tracking orders, and preparing packing lists, commercial invoices and documentation for forwarders.
• Liaise directly with Far East suppliers to manage purchase orders end-to-end — approving shipping marks, packing lists and commercial invoices, requesting forwarder quotes, and tracking shipments through to arrival in the UK.
