Experienced Ecommerce Manager
We are currently looking for a full-time, office-based experienced Ecommerce Manager to drive online growth, increase website-generated leads, and enhance customer acquisition across our digital channels, based at our head office in Wootton, MK43 9EJ. (Due to the location you must have access to a vehicle)
You will be working closely with internal teams and agency partners, you'll lead ecommerce strategy, optimise website performance, and launch new digital products and services that support ambitious business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the ecommerce strategy to drive leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Own website performance, improving user journeys, conversion rates, and overall digital experience.
- Lead the launch of new digital products and services, ensuring successful go-to-market delivery.
- Manage paid digital campaigns with agency partners, maximising ROI and performance.
- Analyse website and customer data to identify opportunities and optimise results.
- Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Product, and Commercial teams on cross-functional digital initiatives.
- Enhance the ecommerce performance of existing brands and digital channels.
- Champion continuous improvement across ecommerce platforms, tools, and processes.
- Apply SEO best practices to support organic growth.

About You
You'll have proven experience in ecommerce, digital trading, or performance marketing, with a strong commercial focus and a passion for driving online growth.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven success managing ecommerce websites to improve conversion, leads, and revenue.
- Strong knowledge of paid media, CRO, SEO, and digital marketing channels.
- Experience working with digital agencies and managing campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other ecommerce tools.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), tracking, and personalisation tools.
- Experience launching or scaling digital products, services, or campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder, project management, and communication skills.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Knowledge of the UK automotive industry.
- Formal project management experience or qualifications.
