Customer Experience Manager – Indirect E-commerce
Location: Hybrid/Flexible
Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences across digital commerce channels? We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to drive growth, optimisation and customer engagement across indirect e-commerce platforms, including marketplaces, e-retailers and q-commerce channels.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer journeys across third-party platforms, developing channel strategies, and driving commercial performance through data-led decision making. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will ensure best-in-class customer experiences that support business growth and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies across marketplaces, e-retailers and q-commerce platforms to drive growth and performance.
- Monitor KPIs and use analytics to identify opportunities for channel optimisation and customer Experience improvements.
- Optimise digital content, customer touchpoints and conversion journeys across third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Digital, UX, IT and external agency partners to deliver impactful initiatives.
- Drive innovation and adapt strategies to evolving e-commerce trends and consumer behaviours.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace and retail partners.
About You
- Proven Experience managing indirect e-commerce channels within the FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Household Products, Tobacco, Health & Wellness, Beauty, Retail or E-commerce sectors.
- Strong understanding of marketplaces, e-retailers and q-commerce ecosystems.
- Commercially minded with the ability to link customer Experience initiatives to business performance.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, digital shelf optimisation and customer journey management.
- Experience working within complex, matrixed organisations and managing external partners.
