About the Opportunity

We are supporting a much-loved British brand in the sleep and bedding world. Going for generations, still family-owned, still independent.

Why They're Worth It

  • Sustainability: It runs through the whole business. They're a certified B Corp and they own their manufacturing, so they control quality and impact end to end.
  • Innovation: Proper innovators, with a string of bedding-industry firsts to their name.
  • Market Reach: They sell direct to shoppers online and supply premium retailers and five-star hotels — so you'd be trading across both worlds.

Why Should You Care?

Because most Ecommerce jobs hand you one channel and one dashboard. This one hands you the whole thing — three brands, two audiences (shoppers and trade), and the room to actually move the numbers. You'll set the strategy, not just run someone else's. You'll manage the agencies, own the forecast, and call the shots on promos and pricing. You'll also have an Ecommerce Executive to coach and grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Owning the sales and profit numbers: For each site and the trade portal — and hitting them.
  • Building the trading plan: For the UK and international D2C sites, plus the B2B portal.
  • Running the site-level forecast: To ensure sales, stock, and promos all line up.
  • Watching the numbers: Daily, weekly, and monthly — and moving fast when something shifts.
  • Getting more out of: Paid media, email, SEO, affiliates, and organic.
  • Keeping the paid and affiliate agencies sharp and delivering.
  • Working with the Ecommerce Executive: To ensure site content, merchandising, and the customer journey all pull their weight.
  • Planning and landing seasonal and promotional campaigns: Start to finish.

Is This You?

  • You've run trading or ecommerce commercial before — ideally across a few markets or channels.
  • You've grown revenue and profit in D2C, B2B, or both.
  • You read the data and know exactly what to do about it.
  • You've juggled several sales channels at once — paid, CRM, SEO, affiliates, merchandising.
  • You know your way around ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and performance marketing.
  • You're commercially sharp and comfortable owning a P&L.
  • You're organized, you get things done, and you bring people with you.
