Location: Hybrid – London Bridge / Remote
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Spark Models UK Ltd is part of the Minimax Group, one of the world's leading manufacturers of premium collectable model vehicles. Spark produces officially licensed products for many of the world's leading automotive manufacturers, motorsport teams and championships, including Formula 1, MotoGP, WEC, WRC and Le Mans. As part of our continued growth, Spark Models is launching a new direct to consumer e-commerce platform.
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead the day to day management and commercial success of Spark Models’ new online store. Whilst the platform is established, this is a brand-new commercial venture. You will work with the UK Team and manage product selection, merchandising, promotions, digital marketing and customer service to deliver an outstanding online customer experience. You will grow the direct to consumer business and continually improve commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operation of the UK online store.
- Curate the product range and online merchandising.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely with the UK Account Manager to align online activity with wholesale and retail initiatives.
- Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, SEO, PPC and social media.
- Monitor website performance and customer behaviour to improve conversion.
- Manage customer enquiries, returns and after-sales support.
- Work with our third party logistics provider
- Liaise with a wider team regarding website enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes
- Monitor activity and emerging e-commerce trends.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing an e-commerce website or online retail business.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopware, Magento, BigCommerce or similar.
- Experience of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media
- Strong understanding of online merchandising and product presentation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Experience of analysing and appointing digital marketing agencies and other support would be advantageous
- Adaptable and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience within automotive, motorsport, sports merchandise, collectibles or premium consumer products is advantageous.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience.
- 24 days annual leave.

- Hybrid working with 3–4 days per week in our London Bridge office.
