E-Commerce Manager (EMEA DTC)
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading international consumer brand for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead the growth of its Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business across the EMEA region.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced eCommerce professional to take ownership of online trading performance across multiple branded websites, leading a team while driving revenue, profitability, customer experience, and digital optimisation.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day eCommerce operation across three DTC brands, leading a team of eCommerce Specialists, and delivering ambitious revenue and profitability targets. You'll work closely with trading, development, content, and SEO teams to create a best-in-class online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Own eCommerce revenue and profitability across multiple EMEA DTC brands.
- Drive trading performance through merchandising, promotions, AOV improvements, and conversion optimisation.
- Manage and develop a team of eCommerce Specialists.
- Oversee website merchandising and content across Magento and Shopify Plus platforms.
- Act as the key stakeholder for website development, enhancements, and technical releases.
- Lead A/B testing and continuous optimisation initiatives.
- Drive technical and on-page SEO improvements alongside agency partners.
- Enhance the customer journey, UX, and website performance.
- Ensure website content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver business objectives.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising or eCommerce management.
- Strong experience working within a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business.
- Hands-on experience with Magento and/or Shopify Plus.
- Previous experience leading or managing a team.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce trading, merchandising, CRO, UX, and SEO.
- Experience working with development teams and managing website releases.
- A commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
