Job Description

About the Role

A Flywheel In-Store Manager role is needed and has been proven to be critical to ensure seamless campaign delivery and execution across key clients including Ornua, New York Bakery, Allwyn, and Fentiman's so far in 2026, which were all brand new scopes in 2026. This role ensures that the team can translate strategic plans into high-impact Instore retail activations that drive measurable results, which in turn will grow the commercial success of Flywheel in 2027. The Instore manager role provides consistent day-to-day client support, acting as a central point of contact to manage expectations, resolve issues quickly, and maintain service excellence for the Omnicom business. By having dedicated ownership In-store, campaigns can be optimized in real time, ensuring compliance, visibility, and success throughout an Omnichannel strategy. The position also plays a key role in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging insights from store-level performance to inform the best recommendations going forward. This role is also needed to build and nurture strong relationships with retailers which will enable better collaboration, increased compliance success, and increased support for brand initiatives for our clients. Additionally, the role helps bridge communication between clients, internal teams, and retail partners, ensuring alignment and efficiency across all stakeholders. Investing in this position strengthens operational execution while driving revenue growth and long-term partnership value for the Flywheel and Omnicom business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
