Ecommerce Manager

Leeds (Hybrid – 2 Days Per Week)

£40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits

Must have experience working within a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) ecommerce business, with strong Shopify experience.

About the Company

We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing direct-to-consumer beauty brands as they continue their exciting growth journey. Having built a loyal customer base and an impressive online presence, the business is now looking to bring more of its ecommerce capability in-house. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you'll have genuine ownership and the ability to influence the commercial success of the business.

The Role

As Ecommerce Manager, you'll take ownership of the brand's online trading performance, working closely with senior leadership and external agency partners to optimise every aspect of the customer journey. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth across the Shopify website, improving conversion rates, managing promotional activity and helping shape the future ecommerce strategy as the business continues to scale both in the UK and internationally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
