Diamonds Factory | Neve Jewels Group
Location: London
About the role
Diamonds Factory is looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead the performance, trading and development of our international online business.
This is a commercially focused role with ownership of the e-commerce trading plan, customer journey and online sales performance across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with marketing, merchandising, customer service, technology and local teams to turn customer insight and data into sustainable growth.
Our customers are making an important and highly considered purchase, so this role is about more than driving conversion. You’ll help create a digital experience that is simple, inspiring and trustworthy, from discovering a diamond through to purchase, showroom engagement and aftercare.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the e-commerce trading calendar, coordinating campaigns, product launches and promotions across markets.
- Monitor key commercial metrics including revenue, conversion, AOV, profitability and customer behaviour, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Lead improvements to the end-to-end online customer journey, from product discovery and diamond selection through to checkout and aftercare.
- Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service and Technology to deliver a consistent and high-performing digital experience.
- Use analytics, customer insight and testing to improve navigation, content, product pages, checkout and conversion.
- Work with local teams to ensure pricing, messaging, payment options and customer journeys are appropriate for each market.
- Support the development of clienteling and omnichannel journeys, connecting online enquiries with showroom appointments and sales.
- Ensure high standards of product information, availability, campaign execution and overall site accuracy.
- Contribute commercial requirements and customer insight to website development, optimisation and replatforming projects.
- Produce clear performance reporting and recommendations for senior stakeholders, taking ownership of agreed actions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
