About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded, digitally fluent Ecommerce Manager to transform how passengers engage with our airport—before they even arrive. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of travel and technology, where your work directly influences revenue, customer experience, and brand perception.

You’ll own and evolve our ecommerce strategy, delivering seamless, data-driven experiences that inspire passengers to book and engage across every touchpoint. You'll be part of a wider commercial team and will have line management responsibility for our E-commerce Executive.

This is a full-time, hybrid role working 3 days per week in the office. With the ability to flex start and end times in line with business need and to support a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development roadmap for our ecommerce channels, driving continuous improvement through conversion rate optimization, ATV growth, and enhanced user experience.
  • Manage PPC and affiliate performance, ensuring agencies deliver demonstrable ROI and cost-effective route to market.
  • Own the relationship with our ecommerce platform providers, ensuring delivery of agreed SLAs and projects to time and budget.
  • Work collaboratively with our Commercial and Marketing teams on coordinated campaigns that drive direct bookings through CRM, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with our IT and Finance teams to ensure 3rd party suppliers are cyber secure and PCI compliant.
  • Utilize data, monitoring, and reporting on ecommerce KPIs, identifying opportunities for conversion rate optimization and ATV growth.
  • Be a trusted expert, keeping abreast of ecommerce and AI trends and innovations, and sharing your insights with Senior colleagues.
  • Share your expertise, guidance, and support to lead and develop our E-commerce Executive.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
