Better-for-you drinks. Anything but boring eCommerce.
At Remedy, we've built our name on making healthier drinks that don't taste like a compromise. Our award-winning Remedy Kombucha and our cheeky new soft drinks range, Sodaly, are shaking up a category that's been crying out for something with more flavour, more attitude and more fizz.
We're growing fast — and our online shelf needs to grow just as fast alongside us.
We're looking for an eCommerce Manager to take the reins on our UK & Europe digital growth — Amazon, TikTok Shop and whatever platform comes next. If you love the thrill of a keyword war won, the satisfaction of watching a conversion rate climb, and the buzz of spotting a marketplace opportunity before anyone else does — keep reading.
Based in our London office, with regular time in-office expected — this is a role built on close collaboration, not a spreadsheet in isolation.
What you'll be doing
Owning the growth, not just the reporting
- You'll define the eCommerce strategy for the UK and Europe and go and make it real — building annual account plans, investment strategy and targets across Amazon, TikTok Shop and online retail, and backing yourself to spot the next platform before it's obvious.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Becoming the partner retailers actually want
- You'll build the kind of relationships with agency partners and retail platforms that unlock joint business plans and best-in-class retail media, not just maintain the status quo. Negotiating pricing, launches and promo terms will be second nature — and you'll own the digital shelf itself: listings, keywords, promotions, advertising, the lot.
Making the numbers work
- Forecasting, trade spend, promotional tracking, weekly and month-end reporting — you'll keep a tight grip on the commercials so growth is sustainable, not just loud. KPIs like conversion, AOV, CAC and CLV aren't just numbers on a dashboard to you — they're the story of what's working and what's next.
Bringing the brands to life online
- Working hand-in-hand with our Global Digital Marketing Manager, you'll localise our digital strategy for the UK — owning the customer journey end to end, sharpening CRM and personalisation, and running paid media and social search that gets Remedy and Sodaly seen, talked about and bought.
What you'll bring
- A track record in eCommerce within FMCG or retail — 3+ years, ideally with brands you're proud to have grown
- Real experience building eCommerce businesses on Amazon, Ocado, Tesco and beyond
- Sharp commercial instincts and genuine retail account management chops
- A history of driving sales and share growth online — and the numbers to prove it
- Comfort with tools like CitrusAd, Shopify and analytical dashboards — using data to spot opportunities, not just report on them
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, inside the business and out
- The energy to keep pace in a business that moves fast and doesn't sit still
