This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Ecommerce specialist with strong Shopify experience to take ownership of trading and merchandising across the brand, with real scope to influence the customer experience and wider commercial growth.
This is a hands-on role where you'll have a genuine voice, making practical changes to improve onsite performance, customer experience and conversion.

You'll help build and develop the brand's merchandising processes, bringing together product, pricing, promotions and website presentation to drive commercial performance.
Role reports into Head of Ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage the Shopify website, overseeing the presentation and organisation of product ranges, homepage, collection pages, navigation, filters and product rankings.
- Build a structured product launch process and develop cross-selling, upselling, product bundling and recommendation opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end customer experience across desktop and mobile, identifying opportunities to improve conversion through stronger onsite experience and product presentation.
- Support the continued development of the trading and promotional calendar, analysing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor revenue, conversion rate, average order value, margin, stock availability and sell-through.
- Analyse customer behaviour, product searches and merchandising performance to inform trading decisions.
- Coordinate photography, lifestyle shoots, CGI, product renders and video production.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience working with Shopify, ideally Shopify Plus.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate, average order value and wider ecommerce performance.
- Experience managing product pages, collections, navigation and promotions, with the ability to interpret product and sales data.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets capability.
