Ecommerce Manager
📍 Royal Leamington Spa (Hybrid)
đź’° ÂŁ50,000 - ÂŁ65,000 + bonus (if you are looking for a higher salary, please still apply)
We’re working with a leading technology business that sells innovative hardware and technical products to customers across the UK and internationally.
They’re looking for an Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of their online platforms and drive the next stage of digital growth.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll sit at the centre of the business, working closely with marketing, product and leadership teams to improve the customer journey, increase conversion and scale online revenue.
If you enjoy combining commercial thinking with digital optimisation, this role will give you real ownership and visibility.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing and optimising the company’s ecommerce platforms (including WooCommerce)
- Improving the online customer journey and conversion rates
- Driving online sales growth through merchandising, optimisation and campaigns
- Working closely with marketing to align SEO, PPC and digital campaigns
- Using analytics to track performance and identify growth opportunities
- Managing product launches and onsite merchandising strategy
- Collaborating with product, operations and leadership teams
What they’re looking for
- Experience managing an ecommerce platform
- Strong understanding of conversion optimisation and online trading
- Experience with platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify or Magento
- Commercial mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a growing business
