Role Description

You will be driving the day-to-day commercial performance and delivery of Pooky’s ecommerce platforms, translating ecommerce strategy into trading, SEO, onsite merchandising, CRO, reporting and coordinated site activity. This role works closely with Marketing, Product Development, and QA to ensure the customer journey is accurate, optimised, and commercially effective.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience working in an ecommerce trading, ecommerce management, or similar commercial digital role.
  • Experience working with Shopify; Shopify Plus experience desirable.
  • Good understanding of PPC and ability to interpret paid search performance data.
  • Good understanding of SEO and experience managing an SEO agency relationship and coordinating onsite or technical SEO activity.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce trading, UX, and CRO.
  • Experience using GA4, Shopify reporting, and other ecommerce data to identify performance opportunities desirable.
  • Experience coordinating developers, agencies, or technical delivery teams.
  • Experience managing or supporting ecommerce marketplaces desirable.
  • Experience within interiors and/or lighting industries desirable.
