We are partnering with an established consumer goods business to appoint an experienced Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of the commercial performance and ongoing development of its ecommerce channels across the UK and international markets.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role managing DTC websites, Amazon marketplaces and digital trading activity, with a clear focus on driving revenue growth, conversion and customer experience.
You Will:
- Own the commercial performance of ecommerce channels across DTC, Amazon and other marketplaces
- Manage and optimise UK and US ecommerce websites on Shopify Plus
- Drive improvements across conversion, AOV, customer acquisition and ecommerce performance
- Manage Amazon Seller Central, including listings, trading performance and Amazon PPC
- Plan and optimise paid digital, SEO, AI search and email/CRM activity
- Use GA4, Shopify and Amazon data to identify opportunities and drive commercial decisions
- Manage web development and digital marketing agencies, alongside key internal stakeholders
- Lead ecommerce reporting across revenue, traffic, conversion, ROI and ROAS

We are looking for someone with strong ecommerce and digital trading experience, ideally gained within consumer goods, retail or another product-led business.

You’ll need hands-on experience managing ecommerce websites and Amazon Seller Central, alongside a strong understanding of Shopify, GA4, PPC, SEO, CRM and ecommerce performance metrics. International ecommerce experience, particularly within the US market, would be highly advantageous.
You will be commercially minded, analytical and highly organised, with the confidence to turn data into clear actions and manage multiple projects, agencies and stakeholders.
