As the Ecommerce Manager, your mission is to execute Twinings.co.uk’s growth strategy, a pivotal role in our journey toward becoming a leading wellbeing drinks brand. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional site experience that not only embodies our brand values but also drives conversions among our target consumers, fuelling our overall growth.

Please note that this role is a 3-6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities

Site Design Execution and Partnerships:

  • Lead the execution of site design, including the development of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Take ownership of any 3rd-party partnerships critical to the successful delivery of our E-commerce plan.

Digital Marketing Optimization:

  • Develop and implement strategies for SEO, CRM – experience using Klaviyo would be beneficial, PPC and Affiliates.
  • Optimize the consumer path to purchase, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey.

Brand Experience and Identity:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that Twinings.co.uk reflects our brand purpose and identity.
  • Own the end-to-end consumer experience, from landing page to checkout.

Performance Monitoring and Adaptation:

  • Lead the monitoring of Twinings.co.uk performance metrics.
  • Identify what’s working well and areas for improvement, adapting our plan as needed to achieve our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Analysing the data and providing actionable insights which will deliver value.

Your role is pivotal in shaping our online presence and driving growth.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Clarity and focus on the “must dos” to deliver the KPIs. Ability to get to the root cause and optimise performance and unlock further growth.
  • Back end website experience focused on the consumer experience.
  • Experience in natural and paid search.
  • Knowledgeable in the utilisation of Shopify.
  • Email marketing.
  • Your external network brings both great external partners to work with us but also keeps us learning.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Data and detailed focused.
  • Great communicator, bringing others with them and flexing styles to do so.
  • Highly curious and creative.
