Covering a maternity leave, you'll get real ownership across a broad remit: DTC trading, our Shopify website and TikTok Shop, paid acquisition and CRM. We're looking for someone proactive and hands-on, who takes initiative and is always looking for the next opportunity to improve performance.

- Support delivery of DTC revenue targets through merchandising, acquisition and retention activity
- Coordinate the DTC promotional calendar, ensuring activity is commercially relevant and aligned with wider brand priorities
- Own regular DTC performance reporting across website, paid and CRM, clearly communicating results, risks and recommended actions

- Manage merchandising, product launches and landing page needs to maximise on-site conversion
- Set up and execute TikTok Shop promotions and support key platform trading moments
- Work closely with Planning and Operations to monitor stock availability across both channels, adapting promotional and media activity where needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve website functionality and customer experience

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Performance marketing
- Manage paid acquisition across Meta, Google (PMax), and TikTok (GMV Max) through our agency partners: setting clear briefs, holding them to performance targets, and ensuring spend is allocated effectively against commercial priorities
- Own the agency relationship day-to-day: reviewing weekly performance, challenging recommendations, and escalating where results are underdelivering
- Brief and oversee creative testing across paid channels, ensuring creative is on-brand, regularly refreshed and informed by performance data
- Review and approve UGC briefs developed by our agencies, ensuring they align with campaign objectives
- Identify opportunities to test new channels where budget and bandwidth allow
CRM & retention
- Manage our Klaviyo programme in collaboration with a CRM freelancer, overseeing campaigns, flows, segmentation and list health
- Drive subscription growth: improving acquisition into the programme, reducing churn, and increasing subscriber LTV
- Optimise the post-purchase journey to support repeat purchase and retention
What we're looking for:
- 4–5 years in a performance or DTC marketing role, ideally at a consumer brand or in e-commerce
- Experience scaling a DTC business, with hands-on involvement across acquisition, on-site and retention
- Proven experience managing paid media performance and digital budgets, either directly or through agency partners
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, with the ability to understand campaign setup, interpret performance and challenge agency recommendations
- Comfortable in Shopify Plus: product, pricing, promotions, and content management
- Confident working with eCommerce and performance metrics including revenue, CVR, AOV, CAC/CPA, ROAS, repeat rate and LTV.
- UK-based, happy with a hybrid setup
