Ecommerce Manager for EMEA & RoW
We are a breakthrough beauty business where high-performance science meets a low-ego culture. As our Ecommerce Manager for EMEA & RoW, you will step into a vital hub of our global digital footprint, joining a newly formed team with ambitious plans to transform our international D2C experience.

With major site builds and market-specific launches on the horizon, this role offers significant scope to sharpen your skills and spearhead high-impact commercial strategies.

The Details
- Salary: £50,000 to £60,000
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home
- Location: Centennial Park, Elstree but relocating to London Bridge from January 2027
Your Impact & Accountability
Website & Trade Ownership
- Take full accountability for our international sites.
- Own the sales forecasting and execute comprehensive trade plans and calendars for each market, aligning with local seasonality and promotional cadences.
Campaign Delivery
- Plan, brief, and execute regional and global campaigns across our digital channels.
- Collaborate with our global creative teams for assets ensuring flawless execution, as well as the internal CRM and Acquisition teams to ensure a unified market channel strategy.
User Experience Optimisation
- Drive a continuous A/B testing roadmap supported by global digital teams.
- Identify innovative initiatives to enhance usability, design, and functionality, ensuring an exceptional online shopping journey.
Analysis & Reporting
- Own the data.
- Interrogate web analytics (GA4) to understand customer behaviour, uncover targeting opportunities, and regularly report on performance metrics to guide future commercial decisions.
Operations Oversight
- Partner closely with global Supply, Logistics, and 3PL teams to ensure optimal stock cover across all SKUs and guarantee seamless order delivery to our international community.

Team Leadership
- Support, coach, and develop 1–2 Ecommerce Executives, fostering a supportive environment where they can learn and manage day-to-day site merchandising and trading activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the UK D2C team and wider global functions (Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain) to ensure a cohesive, efficient, and integrated online presence.
Requirements
Essential Criteria (Core Skills):
- Proven Track Record: Significant experience in an e-commerce trading or management role, with a demonstrable history of delivering commercial results specifically across international markets (EMEA & RoW).
- Commercial Acumen: Strong track record of sales forecasting, budgeting, and proactively managing daily market performance to hit aggressive revenue targets.
- Cross-Functional Strategy Alignment: A deep understanding of e-commerce trading levers and the proven ability to partner closely with internal performance marketing and CRM functions, aligning acquisition and retention strategies to meet market revenue targets.
- Platform & Analytics Expertise: Hands-on experience executing site merchandising within a major e-commerce CMS. Proficiency in digital analytics tools (GA4) and CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) is essential.
- UX & CRO Implementation: Highly detail-oriented and data-driven, with practical experience identifying onsite friction points and driving conversion rate optimisation (CRO) through A/B testing.
- Leadership & Agility: The ability to mentor junior team members, prioritise effectively, take immediate ownership of projects, and partner seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills (Nice to Haves):
- E-commerce Platforms (Shopify): Hands-on experience executing site merchandising, content updates, and multi-currency management specifically within Shopify.
- Multiple Languages: Professional fluency in an additional European or RoW language to support our international site localisation efforts.
