Role: Ecommerce Manager - Fast Growing D2C Lifestyle Brand

Location: London - Hybrid - 3/4 days in-office

Package: Basic up to 50K + EMI Equity Share Scheme

Are you a commercially minded e-commerce specialist who knows how to turn web traffic into revenue? We are partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing, purpose-led D2C lifestyle brands to find a hands-on Ecommerce Manager.

Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, you will be the commercial brain behind the day-to-day trading performance of the website. Working out of a vibrant London office, you’ll take full ownership of site merchandising, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and promotional execution on Shopify.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

  • Trade the Site: Own the daily site trading rhythm—spotting sales trends, reacting to live performance, and keeping the digital storefront commercially sharp.
  • Optimise Merchandising & AOV: Elevate product displays across the homepage, category pages, and search. Drive Average Order Value (AOV) through strategic cross-sells and upsells.
  • Lead Conversion Optimisation (CRO): Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle—identifying customer drop-off points, running A/B tests, and improving store performance.
  • Bring Campaigns to Life: Partner with the Brand team to merchandise campaign launches and execute promotional mechanics seamlessly on-site.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Collaborate with the Data Analyst to extract actionable insights from Shopify and GA4, translating data into tangible commercial wins.
  • Enhance UX/UI & Web Tech: Partner with the Web Developer to brief in UX/UI site improvements and optimize third-party Shopify apps and integrations.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Operations on stock availability, align with SEO agencies to grow organic traffic, and support agency partners on US Amazon activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
