Ecommerce Manager | Homeware

Remote First with some travel to Hertfordshire office
£40-55k

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing homeware and lifestyle brand at an early stage of its journey.

The business launched just over a year ago, is already trading in the US and has ambitious plans for further growth. You’ll work closely with one of the founders, taking responsibility for the day-to-day Ecommerce activity and helping turn ideas and plans into action.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing the Shopify website and keeping day-to-day activity moving
  • Delivering website updates, product launches, campaigns and promotions
  • Improving onsite merchandising and the customer journey
  • Monitoring performance and turning data into practical actions
  • Supporting testing and conversion improvements
  • Keeping product, stock and delivery information accurate
  • Troubleshooting website issues and coordinating fixes
  • Working with developers and supporting platform improvement projects
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations and Customer Service

What we’re looking for

  • Hands-on Ecommerce experience within a DTC or retail brand
  • Strong Shopify knowledge is non negotiable
  • Experience across Ecommerce trading, merchandising or CRO
  • Comfortable working with data and website performance
  • A practical problem-solver who enjoys execution and delivery
  • Able to manage day-to-day priorities with minimal supervision
  • Happy working closely with a founder and taking direction on wider strategy
  • Curious, collaborative and comfortable in a growing business
  • Homeware, furniture, fashion or high-value product experience is essential
