E Commerce Manager - Beauty and Personal care

Location: London (Hybrid- 2 days in office MAX)
Salary: Circa £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity

Decruz Search is delighted to be partnering with an exciting beauty and personal care brand to recruit an experienced E Commerce Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing business and take ownership of its online retail strategy across some of the UK’s leading beauty and health retailers.

You’ll be responsible for driving online sales, improving digital visibility, managing retail media opportunities, optimising product content, analysing performance, and working closely with key retail partners to deliver commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy across key online retail partners.
  • Manage relationships with major beauty and health retailers.
  • Optimise product listings, imagery, and digital content to improve conversion.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to deliver successful online campaigns.
  • Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with account managers, supply chain, and marketing teams to maximise online performance.
  • Produce regular sales and performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Drive best-in-class customer experience across all ecommerce channels.

About You

  • Previous experience in an Ecommerce Manager or Ecommerce Executive role.
  • Experience working within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, wellness, or FMCG.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
  • Experience managing online retail accounts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Passion for ecommerce, digital retail, and consumer trends.
