Ecommerce Manager
Location: Central London (3 days a week)
Salary: £50-60k + bonus + excellent benefits
The Company
Our client is an established international organisation operating across the consumer sector. The business manages a diverse portfolio of brands and products and works with customers across a range of traditional and digital channels.
As the organisation continues to develop its online capabilities, this is an opportunity to join a collaborative commercial team and play an important role in shaping the growth of its ecommerce business.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced ecommerce professional to support the continued growth of the organisation’s digital sales channels.
You will manage a portfolio of online customers and commercial partners, identifying opportunities to increase sales, improve online execution and develop stronger customer relationships.
The role combines ecommerce strategy, commercial account management and performance analysis, making it well suited to someone who enjoys working across both strategic and hands-on digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop commercial plans to drive profitable growth across ecommerce customers and digital channels
- Work with sales and commercial teams to improve the performance of products across customer websites and online platforms.
- Build productive relationships with customers and external partners.
- Identify opportunities to expand the organisation’s presence across existing and new digital channels.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and digital teams to deliver effective ecommerce activity.
- Use customer and performance data to identify growth opportunities and recommend commercial actions.
- Support improvements to online product presentation, availability and conversion.
- Develop plans with key customers to support shared commercial objectives.
- Contribute to the wider development of ecommerce capabilities and best practice.
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders across a changing commercial environment.
