Ecommerce Manager

Do you love turning data, ideas and customer insight into ecommerce growth? Are you commercially minded, digitally savvy and excited by the challenge of growing online sales across websites, Amazon and international markets? Do you enjoy improving the customer journey, testing what works and bringing people together to deliver results?

Then this could be the role for you.

At Viridian Nutrition, we help people to better health with effective, ethical and pure supplements and we’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join us on our mission.

Viridian Nutrition is the leading brand of ethical vitamins. “What is an ethical vitamin?” we hear you say! In a nutshell, it means we care deeply about everything we do. From the seed to the recycling bank, we focus on minimising our footprint on the earth. We shun the use of chemicals for a healthier, better way - even if it does slow down the process and cost more!

The Ecommerce Manager will lead and grow online sales channels. This role will be accountable for delivering ecommerce sales targets, driving subscriber growth, and ensuring the digital customer experience meets brand requirements through effective planning, analysis and cross-functional collaboration. The role will work closely with the marketing team, sales team, customer service, operations and external agency partners to deliver a valued online experience that drives growth.

If you understand what makes a great online customer experience and know how to turn insight into commercial growth, then send us your details – we’d love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
