Dot Dot is one of the UK's fastest-growing premium bubble tea brands, redefining the category with better-for-you drinks brewed in our own Bubble Tea Brewery in North London. We're now entering our next stage of growth and are looking for an ambitious E-Commerce Manager to build our direct-to-consumer business into a major revenue channel. We're looking for someone who thrives on ownership, loves solving commercial problems and wants the opportunity to build one of the UK's most exciting challenger beverage brands.
This isn't a role where you'll simply manage an online store, you'll own the future of our D2C business.
The Role
As E-Commerce Manager, you'll take full ownership of Dot Dot's digital sales channels, driving growth across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Faire and emerging marketplaces. You'll be responsible for increasing revenue, improving customer experience, growing repeat purchases and turning our website into a best-in-class destination for bubble tea lovers. Working closely with our Founder, Marketing and Sales teams, you'll use commercial thinking, data and creativity to accelerate our online growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Trading & Commercial Growth
- Own the commercial performance of all e-commerce channels including Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop and Faire.
- Deliver ambitious revenue, profitability and customer growth targets.
- Plan and execute a commercial trading calendar covering launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns and product drops.
- Optimise product merchandising, collections, landing pages and customer journeys to maximise conversion.
- Develop new bundles, subscription offers, limited editions and promotional mechanics that increase AOV and repeat purchase.

Website & Customer Experience
- Own the Shopify website end-to-end.
- Continuously improve conversion rate, usability and checkout experience.
- Manage website updates, merchandising, product pages and content.
- Work with developers and external partners to implement new functionality and improvements.
- Ensure the website reflects Dot Dot's premium brand experience.
Growth Marketing & Acquisition
- Manage external agencies and paid media partners.
- Work alongside the marketing team to ensure paid social, SEO, influencers and organic social support e-commerce growth.
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities across emerging channels.
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV and other key commercial metrics.
CRM, Email & Customer Retention
- Own our email marketing programme using Klaviyo or similar platforms.
- Build customer lifecycle journeys including welcome flows, abandoned carts and post-purchase communications.
- Develop loyalty and retention initiatives to increase repeat purchase frequency.
- Create campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and lifetime value.
Marketplace Management
- Manage Faire, Amazon, TikTok Shop and other online marketplaces.
- Optimise product listings, pricing, promotions and customer reviews.
- Ensure stock availability and smooth marketplace operations.
- Identify opportunities to expand into new digital sales channels.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Produce weekly and monthly trading reports with clear commercial insights.
- Analyse website behaviour, customer journeys and sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, average order value and customer retention.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Make data-driven recommendations that directly improve commercial performance.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in e-commerce, DTC or digital trading.
- Strong Shopify experience with confidence managing products, merchandising, apps and integrations.
- Commercial mindset with a proven ability to grow online revenue.
- Experience using GA4, Shopify Analytics and e-commerce reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar CRM platform).
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop or other online marketplaces is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working with agencies and external partners.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills.
- Curious, analytical and always looking for ways to improve performance.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-growing business.
